Yoga is a personal favourite , because you can combine strength training, mental relaxation AND burn more calories than jogging. Weights and cardio training are really good for heart, lung and bone health. People who exercise tend to get sick less often, have better overall health and a more positive state of mind.
Yoga in particular is good if you are stressed, busy, or live in a cold climate where it’s more difficult to go outside – because you can do it anywhere.
